Do you accept returns and exchanges?

Please choose carefully as many of the items are of a delicate nature and shipping costs are expensive. We will exchange any of the baby hats and hair clips and smaller items however we cannot offer any of our more delicate items such as tutus, pettiskirts and baby gifts. Of course please send us an email if you do have any problems with your order. Items must be returned in original condition within 7 days of receiving goods and all shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Do you deliver worldwide?

All our shipping charges are based on shipping costs within Australia but if you are from outside Australia please contact us and we will give you a quote on shipping costs to your country.

How much do you charge for Shipping Costs?

Shipping costs will automatically be calculated upon checkout and are based on weight. If we overcharge for shipping then we will send you a partial refund to your paypal account.

Do you combine Shipping Costs?

Yes we love to combine shipping costs. Please contact us if you are buying multiple items. Depending on the weight of the items we may be able to post several items for the cost of postage for one. Again if we overcharge shipping then we will send you a partial refund to your paypal account.
